Long Harbour chooses Way of Life for £300m Walthamstow scheme

Way of Life has been appointed by Long Harbour to manage its £300m scheme, The Eades in Walthamstow, London.

The Eades is one of the latest build-to-rent assets delivered by Long Harbour for its LHMF 2 strategy.

The 495-home scheme will provide a range of resident amenities including a gym, rooftop dining room, yoga studio and co-working space.

The Eades will also be home to 99 discount market rent flats, available at 50-60% discount of market rent and targeted at key workers, who will have full access to the same services and experience as other residents.

Situated adjacent to 17&Central shopping centre, the scheme is being delivered by Tide Construction and Long Harbour. Completion is expected in March 2025, with doors open to residents in May 2025.

Sowgol Zarinchang, managing director at Way of Life, said: “We are delighted to be appointed to another of Long Harbour’s assets. Way of Life’s appointment to manage The Eades will strengthen our multi-family portfolio and demonstrates our ongoing conviction to resident experience and service. The Eades will also make an exciting contribution to Walthamstow’s profile as a budding modern hub for residents to live, work, relax and socialise. We are excited to welcome residents to this exquisite residence next year.”
