LondonMetric has collected 94% of rent for payments due up to 1 October.
Of the remaining 6% of outstanding rent, 3% of payments are expected to be received imminently, 2% are being deferred, and 1% are outstanding.
Rent waived from the previous quarter totals £260,000. A further £350,000 remains unpaid, largely due to a property on which LondonMetric is securing vacant possession for a new letting to Lidl.
Monthly rent concessions represent 5% of the rent roll, and the company said it is “witnessing an increasing trend of occupiers shifting away from monthly payment concessions back to paying quarterly under the terms of their lease”.
