The Grade I listed Lord Mayor’s Palace in Ickenham, Middlesex, has been put up for sale for £45m.
The 20,000 sq ft home was built in 1638 for the future lord mayor of London, Sir Edmund Wright.
The 25-acre Swakeleys Estate also includes a 20,000 sq ft office building and a vacant 30,000 sq ft block with consent for 15 flats, and a 268-seat dining room.
