Lothbury Investment Management has acquired the AAH Pharmaceuticals warehouse in Romford, Essex, for £7.5m.
The payment to Rochpion Properties for the 86,835 sq ft building, reflects a 7% net initial yield.
DTZ represented the vendor. Drivers Jonas Deloitte advised Lothbury. All parties declined to comment.
