Lothbury Property Trust has completed an off-market deal to buy 12 Soho Square and 3-7 Soho Street, W1, from an overseas investor for £22m.
The buildings are fully let to tenants on a variety of leases with rents understood to be in the region of £40 per sq ft.
Lothbury owns several properties in the area and this acquisition presents an opportunity to consolidate its Soho portfolio and benefit from the arrival of Crossrail in 2018, as well as taking advantage of increased market rents.
A spokesman said: “We are excited by the opportunity to deliver another grade-A scheme in the immediate area.”
