Lotus Property has signed a deal with Hollywood Bowl Group to open the company’s second 10-pin bowling centre in Northern Ireland at the Boulevard Outlet Park in Banbridge.
The deal comes as Lotus works through a £9m redevelopment of the outlet park, including a 60,000 sq ft food and entertainment quarter. Earlier this week, it filed for planning approval for the construction of the 23,000 sq ft, 21-lane bowling alley.
The development will increase the total gross lettable area of the Boulevard from 208,995 sq ft to around 220,000 sq ft.
Hollywood Bowl will join tenants including Omniplex Cinema at the Boulevard in late 2025.
Lotus will begin construction of the project next summer.
