Christian Louboutin is to open at new store at 35a Dover Street, W1.
The luxury French shoe and bag designer has agreed a 10-year lease with the landlord, Domingo Properties, on a 1,500 sq ft store, which will be its third in London.
Melandra Curley, director of Central London retail at Savills, which acted for Domingo, said: “With a superb Mayfair location close to Regent Street and Piccadilly, Dover Street has established itself as a prime retail destination and is therefore the perfect setting for Christian Louboutin.
“This store generated strong competition from prospective retailers and we are also about to begin marketing two further units on Dover Street, which we expect to receive similar levels of interest.”
