Developer Lovell Partnerships has added a trio of experts to the team to support its growth plans across the North East.
Christopher Cane, Brian Smith and Tom Wilson have joined the firm as site manager, senior estimator, and design co-ordinator, respectively.
Cane will be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites and construction work, as well as looking at the quality and safety of work carried out on site. Smith will be charged with looking after the tenders for new building work across Lovell Partnerships’ North East sites.
Paul Devaney, North East area director at Lovell Partnerships, said: “Between them, there is a wealth of experience. Each of them brings something different to the team, which will be invaluable for our upcoming plans over the coming months.”
