Savills has been appointed as LPA receiver to Halton Lea shopping centre in Runcorn,
The shopping centre was owned by Arkminster, a subsidiary of Fordgate, the private property company owned by brothers Moises and Mende Gertner.
The loan on the scheme was securitized. Morgan Stanley, which is acting as agent, appointed Savills.
The shopping centre continues to trade as normal.
