L&Q creates London division

Housing association L&Q has created a new development and sales division dedicated to London.

The team will be led by London managing director Vicky Savage, supported by regional development directors, Jacqueline Esimaje-Heath in north London, and Neil Davis in south London.

The new structure seeks to provide clear contacts for L&Q’s partners. It has a pipeline of 12,500 consented homes in the capital, including the 11,000-home Barking Riverside, 3,000 homes at Beam Park.

Savage said: “London and the South East have always been L&Q’s heartlands, and we are committed to the capital whilst expanding to new areas around the country.”

“By making these changes, we are better enabled to be the partner of choice for government, the GLA, local authorities and housebuilders. Our message to the sector is clear – our door is always open for partnerships. Let’s work together to build the homes and communities that London needs.”
