Lambert Smith Hampton has hired two industrial directors from Cushman & Wakefield and Glenny.
James Polson has joined from Cushman & Wakefield where he spent 11 years while Paul Fitch has joined from Glenny where he worked for the past 15 years and was a partner and head of business space agency for north London and Hertfordshire.
Both join as directors while Fitch will also serve as head of office for LSH in Chelmsford.
LSH chief executive Ezra Nahome said: “James and Paul are the latest additions to LSH’s senior team and their arrival provides further evidence of our confidence and ambition.
“Our industrial and logistics team has an exceptionally strong reputation and track record, and we will continue to invest and expand the business in 2014 and beyond.
“We are committed to attracting the best talent to enable us to help our clients achieve more.”
Steve Williams, national head of industrial and logistics at LSH, added: “James and Paul are both highly respected in the market and further reinforce our already strong industrial team.”
The two directors follow the arrival of Michael Flanagan from London Legacy Development Corporation and Laira Roberts from Jones Lang LaSalle as new LSH directors.
