Lambert Smith Hampton has bought Sheffield-based surveying practice Lawrence Tattersall.
The acquisition will see managing director Paul Taylor and senior surveyor Dianne Green and their support staff transfer to LSH’s Sheffield office. Director Andy Hart is to retire.
Head of LSH’s Sheffield office Adrian Lunn commented: “LSH is one of just a handful of national commercial property consultancies with a footprint in Sheffield and the acquisition of Lawrence Tattersall will further enhance our already strong presence in the South Yorkshire market.”
Dating back to 1950, Lawrence Tattersall specialises in building consultancy, business rates and landlord and tenant advice, with a particular focus on the licensed and leisure sector.
