Lambert Smith Hampton’s acquisition of ES Group has been confirmed.
ES Group employs 260 staff in 10 offices around the UK and posted a turnover of £21.4m in 2014.
The deal, which was revealed by Estates Gazette last month, follows the takeover of Northern Irish agent BTW Shiells in June last year and will push the combined firm closer to the top 10 of EG’s Top Agents rankings.
Lambert Smith Hampton chief executive Ezra Nahome said: “Bringing together ES Group’s highly skilled consultancy teams with our established agency and transactional specialisms makes for a powerful combination.
