Lambert Smith Hampton regional director for the South of England and Wales and head of transactional business Nick Lloyd is leaving the company after 20 years.
According to the agent, Lloyd will be leaving the business at the end of the year to pursue client-led opportunities.
Head of Midlands and the North Adam Ramshaw will take responsibility for the transactional service line.
Ramshaw has been with LSH for more than nine years and is also director in the capital markets division.
Prior to LSH, he was an associate at Knight Frank for five years and before that worked at Gerald Eve for more than eight years.
Chief executive Ezra Nahome said: “Nick has been with LSH for 20 years and, in that time, has played an important part in developing the transactional side of the business. I’d like to thank him personally and on behalf of the senior leadership team for his contribution over the years and wish him every success in the future.”
