LSH hires new Leeds office advisory boss

Lambert Smith Hampton has hired former Cushman & Wakefield associate director Ross Firth to replace Adam Varley, who has left his position as the agent’s Leeds director and head of office advisory.

Firth will replace Varley, who has left LSH to become Scarborough Group’s project and investment executive.

Firth spent over three years at Cushman & Wakefield, joining as a senior surveyor in 2017 and becoming office agency associate director in 2018.

Prior to this, he spent more than four years at Colliers International, starting out as a graduate surveyor.

Varley spent over 16 years at LSH and now oversees Scarborough’s developments across the North East. He is based in the developer’s Leeds office.

He looks after the company’s ‘Northern Powerhouse projects’ including Thorpe Park, Sheffield Digital Campus, and the Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park.
