Lambert Smith Hampton has made a round of promotions within its Midlands team.
The Birmingham office of LSH has seen John Bird in the property management team, Alex Carr in industrial and Adam Ramshaw in capital markets appointed as directors, while Ben Steer in property management becomes associate director.
Head of the Birmingham office Ian Kibble said: “These individuals have been recognised by the quality of work and professional contribution to the success of our business and that of our clients.”
Alex Carr was the winner of the Young Property Professional of the Year 2012 category at December’s Estates Gazette Awards.
