Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed James Williams and John Coggins as directors in its Cardiff valuations team.
Coggins has spent the past seven years at Avison Young, providing advisory services to clients across the leisure sector. Prior to that he was in the pubs, hotels and restaurants team at Christie & Co.
In his new role, Coggins will continue to focus on leisure and licensed leisure valuations.
Williams has nearly two decades’ experience in commercial valuations, including public sector, asset valuations and loan security, most recently as a director at Avison Young. Prior to that he was an associate director at Brinsons & Birt and senior regional surveyor at National Car Parks.

Coggins is the second senior hire in LSH’s alternatives team following Hayley Parker’s arrival from Christie & Co in January.
