A former outdoor activities centre in Beddgelert, Snowdonia, will be offered at Lambert Smith Hampton’s last auction of the year, guided at £500,000.
The 7,700 sq ft Aberglaslyn Hall includes 10 bedrooms, a dining room, staff hall and catering kitchen.
It has been operated by Leicestershire county council as an outdoor activity centre and includes 49 acres of woodland.
There is scope for residential or commercial redevelopment, subject to planning.
The auction will be held at the Millennium Hotel, W1, on 8 December.
