CBRE senior director Nick Mullins is leaving the firm’s Manchester branch to spearhead Lambert Smith Hampton’s funding and development consultancy service in the North West.
Mullins, a specialist in the private rented sector, has been at CBRE for more than 15 years, working in Manchester and London. His client list has included Stockport MBC and Muse Developments.
He has been appointed head of funding and development at LSH Manchester.
His move follows a number of senior departures at LSH over 2014, including head of office agency Mark Bamber, development director Peter Skelton and industrial head Andrew Aherne.
In November LSH hired Sanderson Weatherall’s Rory Dillon as associate director in its national corporate recovery team.
Manchester LSH head Abid Jaffry said: “This senior appointment is a great coup for LSH. We look forward to welcoming Nick to the team and exploring new opportunities through drawing on his experience and specific expertise, which will complement our existing client base and service offer.
“Nick will support the delivery of innovative funding and sustainable development for clients as well as support our growth in new sectors such as PRS.”
CBRE North West managing director John Ogden said: “Nick is a respected and popular colleague and we wish him well with his future career as our North West business prepares to welcome a number of senior appointments in preparation for yet another strong year.”
LSH also earlier this year hired Simon Rhodes from Colliers to head up its industrial and logistics team in Yorkshire.
