LSH posts profit and income rises

Lambert Smith Hampton has reported increases in profit and income for 2021, on the back of an uplift in transactional work.

Total income grew by 10% to £95.4m during the year, while EBITDA before exceptional costs rose by 86.5% to £13.8m.

The agent credited an uptick in transactional business, particularly in the industrial and logistics arena. It also said revenue and profitability were higher year-on-year “across many service lines”.

Ezra Nahome, chief executive of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Like many of our counterparts in the consultancy sector, this is a different business today than it was in 2019.

“Teams and individuals throughout the business have embraced change, identified efficiencies and remained trusted advisers to our stable of loyal clients. This robust set of financial results confirms we are on the right trajectory and we look forward to continuing to evolve this business through an expansion of service lines and an increased focus on ESG factors.”
