Lambert Smith Hampton has made 34 promotions this month, while embarking on a significant recruitment drive to grow its teams across key service lines and regions.
The latest round of promotions includes seven to director, and 15 to associate.
In addition, LSH said it has more than 50 further appointments in the pipeline, which is understood to include a new national head of infrastructure (CPO).
The agent has made more than 60 new hires since January, including new head of sustainability Federico Montella and North West head of building consultancy Mathew Benton.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive of LSH, said: “I remain enormously grateful for the dedication of colleagues throughout the business over the past year, and am pleased to be able to reward individual contributions during this latest round of promotions.
“As the real estate consultancy sector grapples with a deepening skills shortage, we have worked hard to foster a culture that rewards talent and provides opportunities for career progression. Our priority is to keep our top performers in the business, while also attracting new recruits who complement our existing sectoral and regional activities.”
