Lambert Smith Hampton has promoted head of central London office agency David Earle to lead its London office.
As head of the agency’s London office, Earle will assume responsibility for spearheading growth, co-ordinating business development efforts and driving the firm’s people proposition across its London and South East office network.
Earle will also continue his existing role as head of central London offices. He has been at LSH for 19 years, during which time he has advised clients including the BBC, Camden Council and Nationwide.
This move follows a series of other recent changes to LSH’s senior management, with the promotion of Mike Thatcher and Ryan Dean to the roles of national director and head of transactional services respectively.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive of LSH, said: “As a centre of excellence within the LSH network, the London office needs clear and distinct leadership. David is the obvious fit for this key role and I look forward to supporting him and his team continue the great work in client care and winning new business.”
Earle said: “This is a critical time for the real estate advisory business as clients on both the occupier and the landlord side are turning to us for help navigating the implications of the post-Covid working world, while our colleagues are also looking to us for opportunity and support in an increasingly agile workplace.”
