A senior member of Lambert Smith Hampton’s industrial team has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate’s sheds team as an associate director.
Daniel Harness, who was formerly a senior surveyor with the industrial and logistics team at LSH, has joined BNP PRE where he will be based in the London office.
He has worked in the sector for more than seven years, focusing on marketing and the disposal of development land.
BNP PRE head of industrial and logistics agency, Nick Waddington, said Harness would make a “great addition” to the team, adding that the firm would continue to make senior hires as part of its “ongoing growth strategy”.
In May it was announced that LSH’s head of industrial and logistics, Michael Alderton, would be leaving to join Jones Lang LaSalle where is now a director advising on corporate activity.
