Lambert Smith Hampton is relocating in Reading, taking 2,000 sq ft at Central Point.
The agent has signed a five-year lease, paying £17.50 per sq ft for a floor of the building on Queens Road.
It will exit Holybrook House on Castle Street in favour of the Al Adan Company-owned property, because it has “required more modern premises for some time”.
