Lambert Smith Hampton’s Wales office chief Lee Mogridge has joined the board of Swansea Futures, the city’s new marketing company.
Swansea Futures was launched in March to raise the profile of the city.
Mogridge is also transactional director on the Lambert Smith Hampton management board.
He said: “Swansea has long been overlooked by developers and property investors, being seen as too far west to be of interest.
“With the market in the South East tightening and Cardiff becoming fully developed in many areas, people are starting to look further afield to add value and Swansea is becoming an attractive option.”
