Residential property service provider LSL has issued an upbeat trading statement predicting results will be ahead of expectation.
The company reported a good performance by its estate agencies Your Move and Reed Rains and surveyors e.surv and Chancellor Associates in the update for the year ended 31 December 2006.
The company, which completed a £211m flotation in November 2006, is due to announce its preliminary results on 7 March 2007.
Simon Embley, CEO of LSL, said: “Following our successful flotation, we are pleased with our trading performance in 2006, which provides a strong platform for us to deliver future growth by continuing to grow market share and profitability of our core surveying, estate agency and financial services businesses and through selective acquisitions.”
