Luxury yoga and running wear provider Lululemon has agreed to lease 8,885 sq ft of space at the upper four floors of Royal London Asset Management’s Garden House in Covent Garden, WC2.
The grade-A block will serve as Lululemon’s UK headquarters, after it opened its flagship UK store there in 2014.
It will take a 10-year lease paying £68 per sq ft, from September. RLAM senior asset manager Yasin Sadiq said: “Garden House underwent extensive refurbishment in 2015 and now offers contemporary office space with modern architectural features, including an impressive atrium.”
