Lunson Mitchenall has hired Matthew Maynard as director of shopping centre leasing and retail representation along with four other senior appointments.
Maynard joins from Colliers International. His 20-year career involved working on behalf of landlords and retailers.
He will join in the summer, along with four other recruits who will join the 39-strong team.
Other new recruits are Tristan Gleave, who joins the lease advisory team as an associate director from Cushman & Wakefield.
Emma Charlesworth, previously at BWD Retail, joins the shopping centre team and Matthew Stephenson, previously at TPF Retail, will work within the shopping centre and investment teams. Natalie Mylroie, from Tesco, will assist on projects across the shopping centre and London teams.
Marcus Kilby, Lunson Mitchenall, said: “We have always asserted that our people are our best asset and strive to ensure we couple senior level experience with fresh talent and encourage idea and knowledge share among the divisions.”
