Niche retail and leisure agency Lunson Mitchenall has named equity directors Neil Hockin and John Griffin as joint managing directors.
The duo has nearly 60 years of combined experience in retail property, with Griffin (pictured above, right) specialising in investment and Hockin (pictured above, left) in leasing and occupier engagement.
The pair will focus on business growth and building the company’s team, while continuing to deliver director-led advice in client-facing transactional roles.
Hockin said: “The firm’s extensive traditional retail client base will continue to be core to our business direction. Destination retail and mixed-use centres remain a bedrock of the retail and leisure landscape of the UK and will continue to do so and they have an important place for a leading independent retail and leisure consultancy.
