Coalition Land has appointed GLPG to sell a 1.4-acre site in Luton with planning permission for 400 build-to-rent homes.
It is seeking offers of more than £10m for the Burr Street site.
The High Town Yards scheme will consist of four residential blocks comprising a mix of market-rent and discount rent flats.
The site has had a turbulent planning history, with Coalition Land’s original application being approved in August 2021 for the development of 272 for-sale homes.
Luton Borough Council granted a change to the development to BTR in October 2021. In March 2022, a section 73 application was approved that made changes to the overall design of the development and increased the number of units from 272 to 320. However, an application to increase the provision to 406 homes was approved earlier this month.
