Students looking to rent one of the luxury flats in a development on North Woodside Road, near the University of Glasgow, will have to pay between £9,000 and £13,000 a year.
The flats have been described as the most luxurious and exciting accommodation for the most discerning student by Collegiate, which manages the properties.
Student leaders have criticised the cost, and have called for a solution to the problem of finding affordable accommodation.
