Niche London agency EiA Real Estate has hired two new senior team members.
Mathew Jackson and Gavin Brent have joined the company, which specialises in prime luxury commercial real estate.
In his previous role Jackson (pictured above, right), who has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property lease advisory work, was a partner at Montagu Evans, where he worked with clients including British Land, Land Securities, Dorrington and Berkeley Estate Asset Management.
Brent (pictured above, left) has joined EiA from Avison Young, where he spent 12 years as a principal and managing director of the agency’s UK leisure business unit. He has specialised in professional and agency services across a diverse range of leisure property, including pubs, health and fitness, golf clubs, stadiums and visitor attractions. His clients have included Stonegate, Columbia Threadneedle, Business Design Centre and The Club Company.
