Luxury London home market suffers fall

Sales of homes in prime London locations fell by a third in the third quarter this year.

Fears about a mansion tax, the strength of the pound and the introduction last year of a tax on homes held through companies, have all contributed to the slowdown.

House sales have more than halved and flats fell 27%, according to research for the Financial Times by Lonres and Dataloft.
