127-135-sloane-streetInternational luxury retailers Boutique 1, Delpozo and Red Valentino have secured space at Cadogan’s 131 Sloane Street development, SW1.

Boutique 1 has taken more than 11,500 sq ft for its new flagship store, selling designer brands such as Alexander Wang and Adam Lippes.

Madrid-based fashion house Delpozo has signed for 3,000 sq ft and Valentino’s sister label, Red Valentino, has secured 25,000 sq ft.

The retailers have all signed 10-year-leases.

Only two more units with a Sloane Street frontage remain in the six-storey building.

A restaurant and seven new artisan style shops on Pavilion Road, adjacent to 131 Sloane Street, are also currently being let.

Hugh Seaborn, chief executive of Cadogan said: “These three international luxury brands are an exciting addition to the south end of Sloane Street.

“With four out of six of the retail units now taken the chance to acquire a place on the globe’s most elegant runway has just become an even more rare opportunity.”

Nash Bond and CBRE jointly acted for the landlord.
