LXi REIT will be added to the FTSE 250 Index effective from market close on Friday 20 December.
The REIT invests in UK commercial property and prelet inflation-linked leases.
It is known for buying properties in deals that other institutions, especially open-ended funds under pressure and seeking liquidity, have dropped.
Last month, it recorded a surge in portfolio value in its half-year results. EPRA NAV per share rose 4.33% to 119.56p and total NAV return was 6.8%.
It is targeting an annual dividend of 5.75p per ordinary share and NAV returns of more than 8% per annum.
