M&G Real Estate has let two floors of Hollywood House in Woking, Surrey, to 2H Offshore Engineering, the global engineering contractor.
The engineering company is to take 16,500 sq ft on the fourth and fifth floors at a rent of £23.50 per sq ft.

M&G Real Estate was advised by Hanover Green and Lambert Smith Hampton who will continue to market the final available floor of property.
