Marks & Spencer is to take a 12,000 sq ft (1,115 sq m) store at Canary Wharf shopping centre, Jubilee Place.
It will use the space for its Neighbourhood Food format.
The Jubilee Place shopping mall is being built on the south side of the Canary Wharf estate and will provide 40 units covering 89,500 sq ft (8,314 sq m). It is expected to open in september 2003, with Marks & Spencer as the anchor tenant.
Jubilee Place will be located below ground level and will link with the six-acre (2.43ha) Jubilee Park above it.
Lunson Mitchenall and Markham Vaughan Gillingham acted as joint agents on behalf of Canary Wharf Group.
