Marks & Spencer has agreed to take a 38,000 sq ft store at the Fort Shopping Park, Birmingham, at about £30 per sq ft half the headline rent of £65 per sq ft.
Savills and DTZ advised the trustees of the Fort; Blair Kirkman acted for M&S.
