There was a scramble for places in EGi’s M1 corridor offices league table as the total space signed for fell sharply

Space signed for in the M1 corridor plummeted by a fifth as deal sizes tumbled in the year to the end of May.
Agents worked hard for their placing as space transacted scraped through the 1.2m sq ft threshold, and the volume of deals rose by nearly 3%, according to EGi’s Offices Research.
Bidwells raced up the league table, rising from fourth to first place after doubling the amount of floorspace it acted on and notching up 42 deals.
Five of the 10 biggest deals were signed in Milton Keynes, two of these at CBXII, accounting for just shy of 50,000 sq ft of space.
