Industrial and logistics practice M1 Agency has hired Matthew Smith, JLL’s former head of Nottingham, and agency director James Keeton to lead a new office focusing on the East Midlands.
The office is in Nottingham, adding to the agency’s existing locations in London and Birmingham. Its key instructions include HBD’s 39-acre New Horizon scheme and Verdant Regeneration’s 200-acre site.
