M7 Real Estates has bought regional multilet shed specialist the Lear Group through its property buying vehicle VBR Investments.
The Lear Group is one of the UK largest private industrial landlords with a portfolio of more than 88 industrial assets spread across the UK.
The 2.4m sq ft portfolio includes 700 sheds and produces a current annual rent of £7.3m. It has an estimated rental value of £9.5m.
M7 has been appointed by VBRi as the asset manager of the portfolio.
As part of the deal, Lear director Kevin Stevens has joined M7 Real Estate as a consultant.
