M7 has appointed John Murnaghan as head of its UK business.
The firm’s former head of UK asset management has joined the board of directors and will oversee the development of its 10.7m sq ft UK portfolio.
Before joining M7 in 2014, Murnaghan was director of UK real estate at UBS.
Richard Croft, chief executive of M7, said: “John has been an integral part of the M7 team for more than two years and in this period of time his extensive experience in the real estate sector has been a key part of the growth of our investments and business in the UK.
M7 closed its third pan-European investment fund in June with €125m (£106m) in commitments.
