MAB and Neinver plan outlet centre

A joint venture consisting of developer MAB Development and Neinver is planning to develop an outlet centre in the German city of Werl, North-Rhine Westphalia.

The company has secured two plots along the motorway A445 and the federal road B1 for an outlet centre that is to be constructed on a 80,000 m2 site and that will accommodate 70 to 80 shops with a total retail space of 18,000 m2, according to German newspaper Westdeutsche Allgemeine.

Neinver currently manages 15 outlet centres including Zweibrücken The Style Outlets. The first project realised by the joint venture was the Roppenheim The Style Outlets, which is located in the Alsation-German border region and which opened in April 2012.
