The developer, which is being sold by Barratt, was selected to deliver the 400,000 sq ft redevelopment in 2005.
It said revisions to its masterplan had taken longer than expected, but that the new scheme would be much more leisure-focused, anchored by a 75,000 sq ft Debenhams anchor and eight-screen Cineworld.
