Contour Capital has poached Gordon Mackie from Lloyds Bank to help expand the company’s portfolio.
The residential development lender and investor added Mackie to the team as a director in January.
Mackie had previously been a relationship manager at Lloyds and oversaw a £4bn portfolio of commercial and residential lending.
His experience includes underwriting, development finance and investments.
Scott Harvey, managing director of Contour, said: “Gordon is a highly experienced corporate banker and real estate lender, with a proven track record of marketing, business development and relationship management of developers, investors and other lenders, particularly in our core areas of operation.
“He will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day management of Contour and its investments, as we continue to evolve and expand.”
Contour has so far provided over £260m in financing.
