South Wales developer Macob has sold more than £7.8m worth of office stock at its 12-acre Bocam Park, Bridgend.
Yields of between 6.2% and 6.5% have been achieved for lots originally let at circa £13.50 per sq ft.
Deals include the sale of 27,800 sq ft occupied by The Ombudsman for Wales and the Welsh Blood Service to Landmarq LLP for £5.6m.
Work has been completed on the first phase totalling 64,500 sq ft while the next phase of Bocam Park will see the construction of a further 112,000 sq ft.
