Madison International Realty has promoted a new head of European investments.
Alex Lukesch joined the real estate private equity firm in 2008, becoming a managing director in 2019.
Company founder Ronald Dickerman described Lukesch as “instrumental” in the growth of the firm’s UK and European business.
He added: “Madison believes the industry is on the cusp of a significant change: the post-pandemic re-evaluation of real estate assets such as multi-family, industrial, life and health sciences, which are in undersupply with high demand while the markets gyrate again over events in Ukraine that are impacting so many other variables.”
