MAG Developments, the property wing of Manchester Airports Group, has let a 30,000 sq ft warehouse and office unit to US aerospace service provider GA Telesis at Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth Airport.
The firm has signed a six-year lease at £4 per sq ft and will use the facility as its European headquarters, featuring distribution and office space.
Abdol Moabery, chief executive officer and president of GA Telesis, said: “We are very pleased with the tangible benefits of relocating our European operations to Bournemouth Airport and the co-operative efforts in working with MAG Developments. The facilities, the proximity to major thoroughfares and ports as well as access to a quality labour pool, validate our reasoning for selecting Bournemouth.”
