Maggie & Rose, a private club for “yummy mummies”, plans to open a second London site, in Chiswick.
It will use the proceeds from selling a 20% stake through “crowdfunding website Crowdcube, and a £500,000 bank loan for the new branch. The company, which is based in Kensington, is described as a “private members club for families” that provides classes for preschool children and a social club for parents.
