Magnum Power has bought the freehold of the Stack Leisure Park in Dundee for £7.1m.
It is the former electronic equipment maker’s first purchase since reinventing itself as a property and leisure investment business.
Stack’s occupiers include Gala Bingo and Megabowl.
The two venues bring in annual rents of about £622,000. The leases expire in 2016. The Times describes the deal as a reverse takeover.
